职位描述：
Principal job responsibilities:
Reconcile sales data with AX & retail system and post.
Daily collection of tenancy stores, including credit care/alipay/wechat, ensure all receipt clearing on time.
Verify sales with landlord statement, issue VAT invoice and adjust concession fee different.
Double check surcharge in landlord statement and collect invoice
Accrual turnover rental and all kind expenses of retail stores.
Maintain vender information, keep communication with retail stores if any issue.

Qualifications & Experience:
College/Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting, with 3 years working experience, best of retail industry.
Knowledge of ERP system and office software, AX preferred
Strong communication skills and coordination ability
Flexible and able to work in a fast pace environment
