Main goals and objectives:

? This position manages budget and human resources for IT projects in the area of production, logistic, research, purchasing and quality assurance.

? This position manages the overall portfolio of IT projects and roll outs in the respective functional area.

? This position manages the delivery of these IT projects in time, budget and quality.

? This position leads the monitoring of the progress and the results of the projects within the whole area of the product process.

? This position leads the enabling its direct reporting staff, by proper development, to do their tasks with the required high quality.

? This position leads the alignment between Group IT strategy and VGC IT strategy and VGC IT PP strategy.

? This position drives a reliable communication between VGC ITP and Group IT in the PP area.

? This position aims at a long term orientation for the JVs and VGC toward using VW group technologies/processes/systems and VGC standard IT components.

Your Responsibilities:

? Regular interact with local stakeholders/business and be responsible for the IT/system related product management

? Drive request for proposal (RFP) process and manage partners/vendors to deliver the requested products, solutions or services

? Harmonize JV, VW Group and VGC projects, processes and systems in their specific area

? Communication and documentation of the status of VW Group Master Construction Plan and adaptation into regional application strategies

? Build up stable and regular communication to identify and realize synergy in EAM with all involved stakeholders

? Ensure IT compliance regarding legal requirements, intellectual property protection, access and data security protection (ITSP)

? Manage system rollouts, development and support for the China region

? Represent ITP / PP in steering committees and group events

? Plan PR budget and continuously monitor spending’s for ITP/PP team

? Responsibility for development of PP China strategy with involved parties

? Drive alignment of PP China strategy with VW Group and communicate to stakeholders

? Provide and maintain knowhow management for rotating FSE employees

? Responsible for active stakeholder management within all areas of the product process

? Lead and develop team members, forge PP team

? Be responsible for working results of team

? Decide on assignments for team members on personal profile

? Monitor the performance of the ITP/PP projects

Our Requirements:

Necessary education:

? University degree (e.g. “Diplom” or Master), e.g. master of computer science and/or master of business administration or comparable.

Personal skills:

? Trainings in communication- and conflict management.

? Trainings in moderation and presentation skills.

Working experience (in years):

? Minimum of 10 years of working experience.

? Minimum of eight years in IT with project management experience.

? Minimum of four years with international projects.

? At least 2 years in VW Group with a good network to OMKs from different areas in VW group IT

Remarks (Language, IT Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

? Good oral and written communication skills in English

? Certified project manager

Working experience (in years):

? Minimum of 10 years of working experience.

? Minimum of eight years in IT with project management experience.

? Minimum of four years with international projects.

? At least 2 years in VW Group with a good network to OMKs from different areas in VW group IT

Remarks (Language, IT Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

? Good oral and written communication skills in English

? Certified project manager
