JOB CONTENT:
? Provide HR leadership to meet BU goals & objectives in partnership
? Responsible for recruitment for local branch office, including candidates search & screening, pre-offer arrangement, reference checks , on-boarding logistics and orientation etc, to meet the needs of business development.
? Prepare employment status change form and related letters, and update the change in HRMS.
? Participate in and/or lead HR programs/projects to ensure their successful execution.
? Partner to handle employee relations issues as appropriate.
? Champion other HR functions and partners to execute corporate wide HR initiatives and client specific programs. Implement HR programs effectively; aligning programs and outcomes with business and people strategy.
? Develop proactive actions to further support the business objectives and/or people strategy
? Support other ad-hoc projects such as annual dinner, seminar arrangement etc.
? Implementing any other duties as casually assigned by Department Head.
RECOMMENDED CREDENTIALS:
QUALIFICATIONS
? BS or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent
EXPERIENCES
? Minimum 5 years HR generalist experience with experience in talent management, workforce planning, HR processes and Employee Relations
COMPETENCIES
? Ability to be objective/impartial
? Clear understanding of relevant internal/external policies
? Good Communication & Interpersonal skills
? Resourcefulness
? Good networking with internal and external parties
? Computer skills
? Ability to work as a team
