Responsibilities
？ Source and build candidate pipelines for various positions
？ Proactively identifies and recruits passive candidates while maintaining long-term relationships with them
？ Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels, and internal referrals to provide high quality candidates for open positions
？ Research and develop innovative strategies to recruit top talent
？ Drives achievement of the hiring targets, including time to fill
？ Build partnerships across various functions with hiring managers, executive team and HR team
？ Support with coordinating interviews, creating offer letters and negotiation
？ Support campus hiring activities

Qualifications
？ Passion, motivation, commitment, focused, driven, good is not good enough
？ Agency, in-house experience technology recruitment is preferred
？ Fluent Chinese/English communication is important
？ Must have 4+ years recruiting experience including direct hire, temporary staffing, relocation and immigration. Experiences in other HR fuctions is a plus, such as training.
