Job Summary


To support KAM organization with NDO service solution expertise on different levels in pre-sales, bidding and delivery of customer’s optimization projects. Position Ericsson as a thought and technology leader and responsible for profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, & technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions & proposals.


Roles and Responsibilities


Provide technical expertise and consultant support core3 during pre-sales, bidding and delivery phase, including tailor solutions to address the business needs beyond what exists in the current portfolio, technical bidding document preparation, SOC, clarification and dig out additional business opportunities etc.


Conducts in-depth technical discussions with customer.


Strengthen the cooperation with the relevant BU stakeholders to drive NDO service requirements and market demand.


Perform internal and customer workshops and presentations.


Communicate and discuss Ericsson’s technology strategy and vision with customer CTO/CIO and direct reports.


As the solution owner to provide NDO service portfolio management, including preparing and keeping up to date service description & proposal, marketing and commercial material, etc.


Competence Requirements


This role will be instrumental for the success of the Ericsson NDO business in mainland China, the candidate should have advanced skill in areas listed below:


· Broad Business Acumen. Can be engaged, supported and consulted in the whole process from pre-sales of services, bidding to service delivery and acceptance.


· End to End knowledge of Services, covering devices, Applications, RAN, Transport, Packet Core domains, and IMS, optional with IP, database and big data domain. And has experience in leading a group of engineers to deliver an optimization service project.


· Deep knowledge in telecommunication standardization: Vast experience in problem solving by Facilitation and Collaboration of expertise in Multivendor environment.


· Strong presentation, communication and consultation skill.


· Marketing sense, Entrepreneurial & Commercial Thinking.


· Persuading & Influencing.


· Delivering Results & Meeting Customer Expectations.


· Creating & Innovating.


Qualifications and Experience


Bachelor degree or above of Tele-Communication or related majors


Minimum 6 years’ experiences in ICT Industry with proven track record in E2E performance and Optimization Projects.


Substantial in-field experience from sales/solutions at Ericsson or equivalent


Thorough knowledge of assigned area


Experiences from working in the field with customers.
