职位描述：
Finance Controller财务总监(医药板块)-有制药行业经验优先

工作职责：
1. 负责集团旗下医药板块公司的财务全盘管理，根据长短期经营计划，制定年度财务预算报表，包含各区域药厂年度预算和季度滚动预测，审核工厂年度预算及各阶段预算计划及总体把控；
2. 建立、健全全新药厂成本核算体系和制度，主持制订药厂的财务管理相关规章制度和工作流程，经批准后组织实施并监督检查落实情况；
3. 组织领导药厂的财务管理、成本管理、资金预测、财务风险控制及内审、存货控制、固定资产管理等方面工作；
4. 负责药厂财务报告及财务分析的编制工作，为药厂决策提供及时有效的财务分析；
5. 参与集团重大的投资活动的决策和方案制定工作，进行风险评估、指导、跟踪和控制；
6. 参与经济合同或协议以及重要经济问题的研究、分析、审查与决策；
7. 指导税务部门开展税收申报、分析及财产损失申报等工作。

任职要求：
1. 财会类专业本科及以上学历，中级以上会计师职称，注册会计师优先；
2. 医药行业财务管理经验5年以上，有成功申报高新科技企业经验；
3. 对制药行业研发费用专项报告和高新收入报告都较为熟悉；
4. 具备较强的沟通协调和统筹管理能力；
5. 诚实守信，具备相应的会计职业操守。 举报 分享
