职位描述：
Job Duty:
· 为全年各种规模的线下活动提供创意的策划方案，并对活动进行监督及管理
· 与客户进行沟通与协商，并将有效的brief及时准确地传达给自己部门、创意及创作团队
· 制定项目的预算方案，并能及时与项目参与人员进行有效沟通，确保项目的顺利进行
· 就预算变动及供应商的建议与客户进行沟通
· 对项目的各项创意进程予以把控及监督
· 完成上级交付的与新业务发展及客户沟通的其他相关工作
· 有责任对自己的团队进行管理，给予工作指导以及带领其成长

? Creation, planning and management of small/medium/large-scale live events across the year
? Participate in creative development process
? Take client briefs and clarify clearly to the team
? Participate in briefing and liaising with creative and production teams
? Budget management and reconciliation support
? Proposals, including developing cost and some research in suppliers where necessary
? Should have some involvement in projects, in some cases it may be heavy involvement but in other cases just monitoring progress
? Other duties related to new business or client management as necessary
? Team management


职位要求/Requirement:
· 本科以上学历
· 流利的中、英语写作及会话沟通能力
· 4年以上线下活动及现场沟通相关工作经验者为佳
· 具备1年以上带领项目团队经验者优先录取
· 有较强的发散性思维及方案撰写能力，并对撰写提供策略及帮助，有技巧地发想市场活动推广的点子
· 有较强的人际交流能力、提案能力，并能及时解决活动中出现的各项突发性问题
· 逻辑清晰，表达能力出众，能就市场及现场沟通与客户进行有效说明
· 同时具备前瞻性、灵活性，以应对客户各项要求，适应现场变动
· 工作努力，积极向上，具有较强的抗压性

? Have degree holder or above
? Fluent in both spoken & writing English and Mandarin
? 4-year-experience in event or live communication preferred
? Have experience in leading marketing and events specialists
? Have ability to plan and execute a number of events/activities simultaneously
? Have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to “think out of the box”
? Have excellent communication skills, presentation, analytic and problem solving
? Think strategically and to consult clients on their marketing and live communications planning
? Be both proactive (reaching out to clients and helping them to think ahead) and reactive (responding quickly and efficiently to last-minute client requests)
