职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Assist FA engineer to provide "root cause" failure analysis identification on IGBT modules and Stacks by using electrical and physical FA techniques, including iFAct and SAP system, IV characterization, Mechanical tools, CSAM, liquid crystal analysis, optical microscopy, etc.
协助FA工程师对IGBT模块和组件进行失效分析工作。具体的分析手段包括电性能分析和物理分析：使用iFAct 和SAP系统； IV曲线测量；使用机械工具分解IGBT模块；超声波显微镜；液晶热点分析；光学显微镜

2. What will the intern learn from internship: knowledge of power semiconductor, knowledge of Failure analysis, knowledge of lab maintenance, job experience in international company

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor/Master of Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Physics degree.
电子工程专业,电气工程专业，物理专业等
2. Good communication skills, fluent in English
良好的沟通能力，英语阅读能力强
3. Have knowledge of Semiconductor
了解半导体知识
4. Experience on IGBT module preferred, high power electrical experience preferred
有IGBT使用选择经验优先，有强电经验优先
5. Working at least 3 days per week
