职位描述：
Support sales operation manager to manage information, data, report, process, standard, principle and projects;
对销售运作经理在信息管理、数据、报告、操作执行、制定操作标准、做项目提供支持。

Mission 1
-Supervise and maintain data system;
-Deliver report with data accuracy and continuously improve the format;
-Independently develop analysis report with the clear brief of purpose from line manager;
-Routinely analyze the abnormal sales data to find assigned business issue and opportunity;
-Maintain and optimize SOP procedure which is related system and data
-管理及维护数据系统；
-发布准确的销售报告并持续优化格式；
-根据直属经理的要求独立开发目的清晰简洁的报表；
-日常非正常销售数据分析并发现业务中存在的问题和机会；
-维护及优化与系统和数据相关的销售运作流程

-Mission 2
-Follow process to make sure of clear communication and strict decision making;
-Be familiar with sales behavior and counter operation;
-Feedback the execution result of field sales team working standard and process;
-Ensure information to exactly reach required levels and positions with high efficiency and accuracy;
-跟进流程确保清晰的沟通和严格的执行；
-熟悉销售模式和柜台操作；
-跟进销售团队在各项工作流程执行的结果反馈；
-确保信息高效准确的送达所需的级别和职位；

Languages
- Mandarin: as good as native language;
- English: readingand writing is good, simple speaking and listening

-Solid skills in office software;
-Good communication skills;
-Acute sense of data;
-Strong EXCEL operate skills
-Initiative, flexibility, the ability to multi-task and a good sense of team-work.
