Job description
You provide support for all local administrative and HR needs for the PT site at Guangzhou, China(广东省广州市黄埔区九龙大道万科幸福誉东北侧).

You handle incoming calls and e-mails, and you are in charge of filing and translating documents. You follow up the planning and manage time sheets. You organize travel and shipments to and from the site. You are in charge of the inventory and purchasing of office supplies, and you also manage purchasing accounts, expense notes and budgets of the local operations. Finally you provide administrative support to IBA expatriates on site.

You also have logistic responsibilities: you set-up the spare part rooms, and you coordinate the inventory of installation and spare parts. Next to that you are in charge of configuration and maintenance of the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).

You work in a team of approximately 13 people, and you report to the Site Manager.
Profile
? You speak fluently English and Mandarin.
? You are willing to remain on Guangzhou site in a long term;
? You have a solid experience as an administrative assistant;
? Your experience in accountancy administration is an asset;
? You have a strong knowledge and practice of Microsoft Office tools whereas knowledge of SAP is an asset;
? You are a rigorous and polyvalent person with very good organizing skills;
? You are a client minded team player;

This represents altogether more than half of the clinical-based proton therapy facilities in the world.

Proton Therapy is increasingly considered the best radiotherapy for cancer due to its superior dose distribution. Protons deposit the majority of their effective energy within a precisely controlled range, directly within the tumor and, even better, spare healthy surrounding tissues. Higher doses can be delivered to the tumor without increasing the risk of side effects and long term complications, thereby improving outcome and quality of life for patients. Unfortunately very few patients can yet benefit from this type of treatment around the world.

1947 年： Louvain-la-neuve 天主教大学（ UCL ）的粒子回旋加速器研究中心生产了粒子回旋加速器。
