This role is responsible for leading the production management team in successfully managing multiple project budgets, timelines, and deliverables related to retail fixture production. This person will oversee all production related projects, delegate production tasks as required from Project/ Account manager and manage the most complex with skill, attention to detail and grace under pressure. They work in a collaborative role with senior management, account managers, engineers, and rollout teams. They possess an in depth understanding of mechanical engineering and mentor team members on fabrication methods, materials, and project management best practices. The Senior Production Manager in coordination with their team, manages external supplier resources, and ensures products are delivered on time, on budget, and meet our quality standards. The Senior Production Manager must be a highly organized planner, an excellent communicator, negotiator, and team leader with rich technical background and experience.

? Demonstrate leadership by creating a positive environment through clear and open communication, goal setting, coaching, and training.
? Understand all projects on a big picture level while ensuring the smallest details are taken into consideration.
? Monitor and evaluate team performance and job profitability.
? Identify inefficiencies and develop tools and techniques to implement best practices for performing project related tasks.
? Successfully drive projects through planning, development, engineering, and production phases of the project lifecycle.
? Brief design/engineering teams and verify mechanical drawing details.
? Ensure the quality of technical documentation, design drawings, mechanical drawings, and bill of materials is accurate and complete.
? Identify appropriate production methods and qualified vendors.
? Establish and communicate budgets and project schedules for each project to internal team.
? Set up and maintain project order details in ERP system.
? Track and report project status on a regular basis.
? Ensure quality and on time delivery of production articles.
? Identify and mitigate project risks and work collaboratively to implement effective solutions.
? Provide solution-oriented communication to suppliers and internal team in a timely manner.
? Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all team members and supplier contacts.
? Demonstrate in depth knowledge of client’s business, brand language and culture.

Qualifications:
? Proven ability to lead a team
? Self-motivated, goal-oriented and confident team player
? Organized and efficient multitasker with excellent time management skills
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Detail-oriented while also able to look ahead and see the bigger picture
? Ability to learn from past experiences
? Able to quickly learn specifics about our industry including materials, production processes, retail environments, etc.

Job Requirements

? Education in business management, architecture, or manufacturing preferred
? Good English ability (listening, speaking, reading and writing)
? Minimum 5 years of experience in retail fixture fabrication or related industry
? Must be able to read and comprehend architectural and mechanical drawings
? Software
o Advanced level of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must
o Experience with ERP Software
? Frequent Travel may be required
