职位描述：
1. 负责公司日常的来客接待（来访、面试及其他人员）及电话接转；
2. 负责公司传真的收发及登记工作；
3. 负责订水、订报、信件、包裹的安排及与快递公司的联系工作；
4. 负责公司前台及会议室的维护管理工作；
5. 负责筛选简历、预约面试等初步招聘工作；
6. 负责协助考勤统计工作；
7. 完成上级交给的其他事务性工作。

职位要求：
1. 大专以上学历、文秘、行政管理专业毕业者优先考虑；
2. 一年以上相关工作经验；
3. 熟悉人事行政相关工作流程，熟练使用各种办公自动化设备；
4. 工作热情积极、细致耐心，具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力、性格开朗、相貌端正、待人热诚；
