Position Overview:
We are looking for an (experienced) technical support engineer with broad IT Integration Know-How (Business-to-Business) and energy to strengthen our Technical Support Team. You will work with the Global Support Team and provide professtional support services for our large-account customers.

Working Location:
Based in Shanghai.

Responsibilities:
Work together within the support team as well as other technical colleagues with following responsibilities:
1. Technical trouble shooting, in the scope of SEEBURGER software products.
2. System remote monitoring for existing customers.
3. SEEBURGER cloud service operation.
4. Other support relevant activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:
1. University Bachelor/Master degree, major in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similarly.
2. Self-motivated, organizational and time management skills.
3. A real team player with initiative and ‘can do’ attitude who learns and adapts quickly in an international environment.
4. Good presentation and communication skills towards customers.
5. Being able to work under pressure, in critical situations and under tight deadlines.
6. Detail-oriented, excellent analytical skills and effective problem solving skills.
7. Technical skills including:
a) Familiar with computer network technologies. Enterprise IT infrastructure know-how is a plus.
b) Familiar with MS Windows Server, RedHat Enterprise administration.
c) Familiar with MS SQL, Oracle or other database administration.
d) Basic Integration know-how with enterprise-level applications, such as SAP R/3, IBM WebSphere, QAD, etc.
e) Basic EDI knowledge such as EDIFACT/ANSI X.12/RosettaNet is a plus.
f) Experiences in software development projects, with JBoss/Tomcat, J2EE, SOA/Web Services related, is a plus.
8. Excellent English speaking and writing skills, German is a plus.
