SPLIO China, a subsidiary of SPLIO Group Inc., is looking to fill the following position in its head office in Shanghai:
Business Develop Manager
Permanent, full-time position
Job Description
1. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new leads and business decision makers develop strategies for email marketing.
2. The candidate will be part of their core activities driving the whole business process, cold calling, appointment setting, proposal development, contract negotiations and signatures.
3. Coordination with the Beijing office of Splio will be important for the integration of new customers and exchange experiences with our global team.
4. The candidate must have team spirit, to support and work collaboratively with other Business Developers, be organized, creative and able to manage their responsibilities independently.
Desired Skills & Experience
-It is mandatory college degree with proven experience of at least 2 years in a commercial technology services.
-Previous experience in business e-marketing, e-commerce or e-mailing is a differential.
-It is desirable depth knowledge of the concepts of CRM, digital marketing strategies and customer loyalty.
-The ability to account management will be an advantage for a candidate who will have full responsibility on some projects sold.
-Expert in Chinese, Advanced English is plus.
-Applicants must be extremely committed, have initiative and responsibility to work in an environment without direct supervision.
-Interpersonal communication qualities and previous experience of team management will be appreciated.
Payroll structure
Base salary + commission + KPI annual bonus

4、熟悉CRM,数字营销和网络广告行业,了解EDM行业者优先
5、有一定的客户管理经验为佳,因为可能会要求负责整个客户业务管理过程
6、有团队精神,有一定的团队管理经验者更佳
