职位描述：
-Responsible for the annual budgeting and regular review process including planning, monitoring and control.
-Provide robust financial analysis; ensure the company profitability and the delivery of the business KPIs.
-Contribute to the improvement of the financial performance in activity management.
-Responsible for budget analysis method and review the cost analysis report, and come up with the corresponding countermeasures according to the results of the analysis.
-Identify risks and opportunities and have the ability to bring about change to ensure the control and custodian, as well as continuous lean activities.

任职资格：
-Bachelor and above degree in Finance, accounting or business related field.
-3 years+ in financial planning and analysis area or related in multi-national company
-Good written and oral communication skills, in both English and Chinese.
-Good business acumen and analytical skill.
