职位描述：
? Builds and enhances the Project Management function at Dematic
? Implements processes and other improvements to enhance efficiency, including timelines, systems and/or software recommendations
? Directs the Project Management team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of client materials
? Creates and overseas the creation of internal timelines for all deliverables
? Maintains effective and efficient workflow of agency materials
? Works with all internal departments to ensure team members are on task and on time
? Meets with Client, Client Services, and Creative regularly to discuss project needs (including Briefing Meetings, Kickoff Meetings, and Status Meetings)
? Manages, prioritizes and re-arranges workflow through Shared Services based on client priority, deadlines and available resources
? Maintains strong working relationships with other departments to ensure open lines of communications regarding priorities and requirements
? Manages and outsources resources for the Shared Services team, as necessary
? Works to effectively resolve any problems
? Takes ownership of and enforces agency processes.
? Continually works to improve company’s internal process both independently and by providing meaningful feedback to other departments
? Diplomatic yet assertive in communication style maintaining positive relationships with all agency staff
? Provides meaningful input as to the performance of other employees in all departments
? Maintains a high level attention to detail
? Maintains a professional and positive attitude
