职位描述：
岗位职责
1、负责公司进出口通关货物的单据制作、审核，以及涉及货物运输、通关的相关商务工作；
2、同海关、商检等部门保持良好关系，解决进出口过程中出现的突发问题；
3、外贸业务流程各环节的衔接，保证业务顺利完成。

任职资格
1、专科以上学历，国际贸易、物流类相关专业，英语4级以上；
2、从事进出口贸易等相关工作二年以上，能独立处理进出口业务；
3、熟悉外贸业务及进出口业务流程；
4、工作认真、细致，责任心强，具有较强社会活动能力。

As an Import/Export Specialist your main tasks and duties of the position would include:
- Controlling of customs’ clearance processes and documents preparation
- Communicating with custom brokers
- Reply to customs request and calculate customs’ payment
- Managing product certification
- Optimization of customs duties
- Cost controlling of for transportation costs and customs’ duties
- Analysis of transportation rates.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor or master degree;
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as Import/Export specialist for a trading company;
- Good knowledge of Chinese legislation in terms of custom clearance and import/export processes and administration;
- A basic knowledge of performance evaluation tools and method would be preferable;
- Excellent linguistic skills: Mandarin mother-tongue, fluent English (spoken and written);
- A proactive, flexible approach and good organizational skills;
- Availability for short business trips.
