Currently, we have a vacancy for a Service Delivery Engineer role in Beijing. The primary responsibility of this position will be delivering Service and Sales training courses and ensures that customers, clients and centers are current with up-to-date training. This position will also develop/document training programs that include courses, modules, job-aids, trainer notes, exercises, testing, and assessments. Resources used will include Siebel (CRM) documentation, CCA and TSM system, scripts, procedure and process, UAT result, and other internal documents.

Responsibilities:
1. TRAINING AND CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT/DESIGN: Develop and Deliver training courses/ /Quick Mails/Quick Reference to Specialists and Trainers and facilitate assessments to support Customer Care functions including service, sales, billing, and informational requests.
2. TRAINING AND CURRICULUM DOCUMENTATION: Conduct revisions/updates/reformatting of the training curricula, ensuring that all training materials are accurate and up-to-date. Facilitate ongoing communicate, including Quick Mails and other means of communication with internal customers, external clients, and Calls Centers to ensure achieve the training objective that drive heuristic, easy-to-understand curricula
3. TRAINING MANAGEMENT: Take actions to control training quality from issue track, problem resolution, trouble-shooting in a timely manner. Facilitate and improve sales and service performance by enhancement training and refresh training. Deliver TTT (Trainer-the-trainer) training to vendor’s trainers and observe/certify candidate with Verizon Criteria of TTT project.
4. TESTING SUPPORT: Work with UAT team to validate that training materials are integrated with system design and functionality.
5. CROSS-FUNCTION RELATIONSHIP: Work with other functions to identify learning objectives to be met; Support the delivery of training to internal and external customers/clients and out-sourced call centers on company products, systems, procedure and support processes.

Qualifications:
1. Education: B.S. or B.A or equivalent experience required.
2. Experience: 3-5 years of management experience in Call Center Training in an Inbound Service /Outbound Sales project; or equivalent combination of service/sales management and training experience.
Competencies:
1. Excellent open and proactive written and oral communication skills
2. Ability to work in team-oriented environment
3. Ability to work in matrix managed environment, can work as an individual contributor without backup
4. Knowledge of Microsoft applications to include Power point, Project, Excel, Word and VISIO
5. Proven vendor management skills
6. Strong customer service orientation
7. Knowledge of business process development and improvement
