岗位职责:

Summary of Responsibilities:
Collecting and filing of patients’ medical information;
Sorting out and releasing of patients’ medical information;
Collecting and analyzing volume/visit data;

Responsibilities:
1. Organize daily teamwork and train new hires;
2. Keep medical files safely;
3. Distribute EMR /medical files according to clinic needs;
4. Release medical information according to facility policies;
5. Transcribe medical report upon requested;
6. Assist medical staff in evaluation the quality of patient care and in developing criteria and methods for such evaluation;
7. Collect and analyze data for volume and health care related programs;
8. Strictly maintain patient confidentiality;
9. Other assignments by the supervisor/manager.

任职资格:

Qualifications:
1.Associate college degree required;
2.Medical/nursing background preferred;
3.Working experience in reception/customer service Preferred;
Skills:
1. Basic leadership skills
2. Language skill in Chinese and English; (Cantonese preferred);
3.Communicating skill in interacting with patients
4.Coordinating skill in dealing with problems

Knowledge:
1.Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
2.Basic understanding of healthcare industry
3.Good knowledge of data collecting and filing
4.Good understanding of customer service;
