? Help Strategic Channel Sales Team to develop channel sales and marketing plan including target allocation, sales and marketing activation plan including budgeting allocation and monitoring based on the agreed sales objective and marketing strategy;
? Develop positive working relationships with major stakeholders, in particular to work closely with Sales and help them deliver these to customers in the most optimal manner in order to maximize business returns, to track progress and adapt plans under the guidance of the marketing and sales Manager.

? Plans
* Develop channel sales support plans and competitive trade offer, with involvement of sales team, to deliver annual top-line plan;
* Develop sales support activation for customer aligning with the brand direction and proposition of Castrol & BP;
* Develop sales support materials and research needed to execute the plan most effectively;
* Effective and efficient plan & use of agreed ASP / CAPEX budget;
* Monitor the execution of annual marketing and area plans for key retails by coordinating marketing and SOT and Supply chain and sales team.
? Execute
* Effectively communicate with sales team and customers for the designed channel programs for execution;
* Deliver specific marketing materials, working with the local agency and with inputs from sales as appropriate all agreed marketing initiatives with excellence.
? Monitor
* Monitor progress of initiatives vs agreed KPIs;
* Monitor implementation of marketing plan elements and offers and deployment of materials developed
* Adapt plans where necessary on the basis of the KPI's
* Monitor ASP / CAPEX spending within the agreed budget.
? Manage
* Manage channel sales support programs/activities to achieve agreed objectives within well-defined boundaries.
* Have positive influence on Peers in a propose way.
? Ensures compliance with OMS and any supporting GDP's - e.g. Driving Safety and any local legal requirements
? Bachelor degree, majoring in marketing or business will be preferred
? A minimum 3 years experiences in sales & marketing function
? Knowledge in sales support and/or trade marketing
? 4 P's understanding, creativity, idea generator
? Energetic and enthusiastic
? Good command of written and spoken English.
? Experiences in marketing or sales in auto lubes industry will be a plus
? Consumer Insights - knowledgeable of consumers and their profile, psychographic, purchase and oil change habits and behaviour, preferences, needs and wants (functional and psychological; hidden and unhidden).
? Customer Insights - knowledgeable of customers and their requirements, including: volume, material and shipping specifications, contractual needs, relational preferences, grounded in knowledge of their business objectives and strategy, decision processes, organization processes.
? Partnership and teamwork: understands the unspoken meanings and motivations of others, even in highly subtle or "political" situations, inside or outside the company.
? Measuring Market Success: Consistently adapts plans on the basis of the KPI's. Develops finely tuned KPI's to measure subtle objectives not measurable through standard means.
? Customer-Service Orientation: implies a desire to help or serve others, to meet their needs. It means focusing one's efforts on discovering and meeting the customer or client's needs.
