职位描述：
Responsibility
- To review, draft and negotiate the client contracts and vendor contracts for newly acquired brands
- To provide legal advice on a range of commercial and compliance related matters as required by newly acquired brands in different cities
- To support the pre-closing and post-merger integration of acquired brands and be responsible for governance structures and mechanisms, corporate conduct within an organization’s regulatory environment
- Responsible for taking meeting minutes of board or shareholder meetings of all acquired companies in bilingual, and execution of resolutions and making sure that resolutions and decisions are implemented

Skills:
- Commercial sense oriented
- Solid communicating, negotiating and drafting ability
- Fluent English speaking and writing is a must
- Chinese bar is required for this role
- M&A experience in law firm would be a plus 举报 分享
