Job summary:
1. To provide financial analysis support according to management requirements；
2. Ensure that cost control is preformed accurately ,timely and completely；
3. Support and control yearly sales budget and financial forecasts；
4. Efficient communication with stores to understand business performance；
5. Business process optimization and procedure checking；
6. Support and Monitor store action plan and improve store performance；
7. Follow up action plan on main priorities to improve business and results；
8. Profit winner through the cost controlling schemes；
9. Manage store reporting team, to help them be more competent for current job

Typical position pre-requisites
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above, Majoring in investment、Financial、Economics and Management Relevant professional，Statistical, Financial background preferred；
2. Have the financial knowledge and skills to meet work requirements ；
3. Strong analytical and modeling skills; creative problem solving skills; Excellent interpersonal skills;
4. A team player and good learner
5. Aggressive, initiative and committed；Detail and accuracy oriented;
6. Business minded;
7. Fluent written English is must；
8. Good master of Microsoft office and finance system .
