Key responsibilities:

To work collaboratively with senior(s) and manager(s) in preparation of payroll information data, benefits and its administration of social insurance, housing fund, etc.

To process and prepare monthly reports in connection with the clients' payroll, benefits and administration of social insurance, housing fund data, etc.

To ensure a smooth and effective operation of clients' HR data base, including salary movement such as new appointment, transfer, bonus, increment, promotion and other related works

To assist senior(s) and manager(s) in development and management of an effective and responsive payroll function to the clients

To ensure consistency in application of policies and practices on C&B
