The IT Manager of Teleperformance China Foshan site will be highly experienced within the IT sector with proficiency in technology, project management, leadership, and communications, etc. This person will be required to lead an IT team in TP Foshan site with the responsibility for all aspects of IT within the site as well as cooperating with other TP sites in China in various areas including IT infrastructure, networking, telephony, deskside/workstation support, IT projects/initiatives deployment, IT maintenance and processes, IT Security, Industry certification and compliance, etc. , to coordinate and collaborate with business units, internal account / client service teams, the overall IT organization, and IT vendors.

Responsibilities:

? To manage and lead the IT Technology fit-out and build-up for new site establishment in Foshan including network and voice architecture – Router/Switch/Firewall/IDS/IPS devices configuration, WAN and Internet links application and installation from various Telecom carries, Data center and relevant supporting facilities( UPS, Fire Distinguisher, Generator, etc. ), etc.
? Ensure minimum downtime of IT services to our business operation and clients.
? Ensure Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is completed for all outages, and RCA action plans are completed to prevent future repetitive outages
? Ensure all IT contractual responsibilities as defined in the SOW/MSA are understood and delivered to our clients.
? Ensure detailed day-to-day IT support/delivery processes and procedures are in place, maintained, and followed by the team.
? Manage day-to-day IT operations and service delivery of the information technology organization and champion continuous improvement
? Ensure IT changes and maintenances are properly planned, documented, reviewed, approved, communicated, and executed successfully.
? Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives
? Be the leader of TP Foshan IT team, collaboration across the team, and high level of communications and transparency with your team.
? Manage IT staffing, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, coaching, guidance, discipline, team member motivation, retaining key or high performers, managing team attrition, etc.
? Establish IT departmental goals, objectives, and operating procedures.
? Coordinate and facilitate consultation with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations, and review, prioritize, and control projects as they relate to the selection, acquisition, development, and installation of IT solutions.
? Communicate regularly with executives, business and operation management team, clients when required, other relevant stakeholders for IT support and service delivery report/update.

Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science , Information Technology or relevant Engineering is preferred
? Over 5 years’ experience in IT management including managing an IT Organization in a known company in ITO/BPO industry
? Rich IT knowledge spanning IT technologies (Networking, Telephony, Database, Security, etc.), developing innovative solutions to complex problems, IT integration/project management, and IT operations.
? Customer focus and oriented with proven client service experience with evidence of excellent performance record.
? Excellent people management skill, motivating the team in achieving the high quality standards, and taking an active role in increasing team morale.
? Planning and Organizing: Ability to multi-task, plan and prioritize workload.
? Excellent communication and presentation skills .
? Demonstrated skill of managing challenging stakeholders for successful outcomes.
? Responsibility for Results: Demonstrates ownership and accountability to achieve deadlines and targets.
? Problem Solving skill: Demonstrates innovative problem solving and analytical skills to resolve issues.
? Good language skill and communication abilities in English both written and verbal.
