职位描述：
Maintain the Nation Key Account cross North China such as large chain F&B, retailing and hoteling and meanwhile hit the sales target for new clients.
主要职责为华北地区的全国重点客户管理和维护，即食品连锁（星巴克），商业超市客户（家乐福，沃尔玛等）,酒店集团；同时，介绍公司的虫害控制服务，拓展新客户；
A. New key account project launching
新重点客户项目落实
1. To understand new projects’ service standard of the group contract and implement into responsible region.
理解总部新项目合约的服务标准并落实到所负责的区域内。
2. May required having local negotiation and finishes local contracts by confirmed scope and schedule under head office’s agreement/frame contract. Implement group service standard internally with branch departments and externally with clients;
根据总部合约确定之范围和安排，需要进行实地洽谈及合约落实。对内与分公司相关部门合作，
对外与客户沟通以执行总部服务标准。
3. Consolidate project update reports in regular base;
定期整合项目更新报告。
B. Exiting Key Account clients’ relationship maintenance
维护现有重点客户的关系
1. To follow up the service standard and working with branch relevant departments, consolidate reports and actions internally.
与分公司相关部门合作并跟进服务标准，整合内部报告及程序。
2. Responsible of external client communication in the region and individual client site;
负责与区域内的及个别的客户沟通
C. Direct sales to key account clients;
对于重点客户的直接销售
1. Responsible for selling company service and products to key account customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts;
负责所指定之区域、行业或客户，负责公司重点客户的产品与服务销售
2. Build up close relation with key accounts client in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts;
在所负责之指定区域或行业与重点客户建立良好的关系。
3. Achieve the annual sales target on schedule and build up proper pipe line;
按时完成年度销售目标，建立合适的潜在客户渠道。

-Bachelor degree and above
本科或以上学历
-2 years intensive experience of B2B sales or account management, account knowledge of international MFCG, retailing or large chain industry is a plus
2年以上商业客户管理或销售经验，有国际快销，零售或连锁客户的管理经验优先
-Outstanding communication skill cross nations and regions
出色的沟通技巧
-Pest control industry and customer complaints management experience is a big plus
有虫害行业相关经验或者投诉管理经验者优先
-Indecent, mature, enthusiastic for business and sense of service
独立，成熟，有工作热情和优秀的服务意识
-Proactive, result-oriented and good service sense
