Our client is a leading international Architectural practice. They are currently recruiting for a Chinese bilingual architect or interior designer to support their Shanghai studio.

Summary:

- Fluent English and Chinese

- Familiar with local standards and regulations

- Min. 5 years work experience either architecture or interior or both.

- Familiar with CAD, SKP, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and others

- Able to work independently

- Experience with Mixed use developments, hotels and shopping malls

- Able to prepare Concept and Detailed Design submissions

- Salary range around 15 000 RMB/month
