职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1) Failure analysis coordination on NPI issues.
2) Pre-production qualification planning, strategy development and documentation review
3) Qualification plan development
4) Direct contact with customer if custom qualifications are required.
5) APQP Review
6) Member of CFTs for new product development and release
7) Assure that all NXP quality specifications and industry standards such as ISO900, QS-9000, TS-16949,
    AEC-Q100 are followed in the new product release process
8) Utilize appropriate statistical, sampling and probability methods to ensure product quality
9) Provide quality specifications for proposed product design improvements
10) Become the quality person of record for ALL product plans and design review gates


Additional Skill Set
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing design and quality control
- Good working knowledge of ISO900/QS-9000/TS-16949 quality systems
- Experience with AEC-Q100 automotive qualification procedures
- Familiar with PPAP requirements for Automotive customers.
- Excellent skills using the Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, )
- Strong organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self starter and self motivated.
- Demonstrates rigor and vigor in daily activities.
- Demonstrates curiosity in everything they do. Needs to know why?
- Customer satisfaction comes first attitude.
- Data based decision maker.
- Ability to use the telephone/internet based tools to communicate as needed with China, Taiwan,
  Netherlands (international). Early morning communication or late evening calls will be required to
  conduct the international business with our colleagues/customers around the world


Job Requirements:
BS in Engineering - electrical/mechanical/chemical preferred
