The main responsibility of this position is to be able to support the implementation of new business agreements and projects with new and existing clients that are brought in by our Affinity Client Development and Client Management teams. This will include the following core business needs:
? Develop and manage the end-to-end client implementation process covering new business project management, sales process, systems deployment, contracts and legal agreement negotiations, and sales and product training to the clients/distribution channels/dealers for successful launch
? Provide support in the development of documents for client pitches / RFPs and ensure high standards and quality so as to effectively compete in tenders
? Ensure that business implementation is aligned to client needs and timelines, and expectations to meet the required launch date so as to maximize revenue returns, using project management methodologies and tools
? Work with insurers/ reinsurers on insurance placements and agreements, and ensure clear communication between internal departments, clients and insurers on the insurance programs that they have agreed to
? Identify and address any implementation process issues and determine ways in which they can be improved to streamline the client experience
? Handle client contract negotiations and liaise with the respective legal and compliance representative to close off any contract issues or concerns
? Identify and conduct training programs for the new and existing clients’ retail distribution/ sales outlets
? Ensure that all client and customer facing communications, promotional materials, incentives and product information are in full compliance with regulations, company policies and procedures that relate to client and vendor management.
? Maintain and keep updated policies and procedures manual for Client Delivery function.
? Provide regular updates to the Head of Affinity on the progress of client projects and implementation
Position Requirements
1) At least 10 years’ experience in property & casualty insurance company, in operations and project management
2) Insurance knowledge including underwriting concepts
3) Detail-oriented, and competent in planning and organizing
4) Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
5) Proficient in English and Chinese language, both written and spoken skills
