职位描述：
1. 销售订单管理(销售订单的制作，库存的查询，交货期的确认，合同双方的确认，预付款的执行，协调生产，协调质检，协调物流，制作单证，文件汇总归档等) ；
Manage all the record of sales orders（including order-making, stock-checking, confirmation on delivery-terms, mutual-confirmaiton on sales order, down-payment settlement, coordination on production, QC, logistics, document-making, archiving of documents etc.）.
2. 汇总销售数据供客服经理进行销售业务分析与统计、制作销售报表；
Sum up all relative sales data for CS Manager to make analysis and statistics of sales and prepare sales reports;
3. 监督销售回款的执行；
Monitor on sales payment collection.
4. 向生产部报送生产计划、备货计划；
Submit the production plan and stock plan to Production Department;
5. 配合销售工作中的各种计划和任务的实施执行；
Coordinate with implementation of various sales-related plans and tasks;
6. 往来业务信函、邮件的管理；
Manage business letters and emails;
7. 备货、发货, 根据订单紧急情况合理调整库存以及制单,处理客户投诉。
Follow up orders, arrange deliveries, balance stock and relative documentation; handle customer complaints.
8. 其它临时性事务。
Other provisional matters.
