? 通过研究大数据来获得和来自于不同地区的某支股票或者某个行业相关的投资议题的独到见解
? 寻找可以用于最终的分析报告中的其它数据资源
? 将基于数据的分析和结果展示给客户
? 通过与技术以及数据组的同事协作来全面实施所分派的项目
? 在项目的运营中，确保项目的设计以及更新项目的文件
? 确保能够准确和及时的完成项目成果的发送

资质:
? 至少拥有商科、工商管理、经济学、数学、统计学等专业的本科学位或者同等学历
? 至少拥有五年以上（其中至少四年在中国）与大数据或者定量相关的一级研究/分析的工作经验
? 对于数据分析的工具的掌握和经验（比如R语言）将会有加分
? 对于数据可视化工具如Qlikview 或者Tableau的掌握将会有加分
? 精通Excel
? 较好的项目管理技巧；如有带队和管理项目的经验将会有加分
? 如有和投资银行的客户交流的经验将会有加分
? 如有在多文化的环境下的工作经验将会有加分
? 是中国本地人（能讲普通话），而且英语流利
? 愿意转到菲律宾首都马尼拉工作

Job Description:
? Deliver innovative and differentiated investment research covering the equity and macro space.
? Conducts analytics using big data to gain insight into investment debates for a stock or an industry across geographies
? Source alternative data sources that can be used in final analysis.
? Presents data-driven analysis and findings to clients
? Coordinates with technology and data teams on the full implementation of assigned projects
? Ensures project design and ensure updated documentation during the life of the project
? Ensures project delivery in an accurate and timely manner

Qualifications:
? Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent
? At least 5 years of experience (with 4 years of working experience in China) in handling big data or working on quantitative primary research/analytics
? Knowledge and experience in data analytics tools such as R language a plus
? Basic knowledge in data visualization such as Qlikview or Tableau is a plus
? Strong Excel skills
? Good project management skills; experience leading initiatives or projects is a plus
? Experience in communicating with investment banking clients is a plus
? Experience working in a multi-cultural environment is a plus
? Must be a native Chinese (Mandarin) speaker and proficient in English.
