岗位职责：

1、商务文件、档案的建立与保管；

2、公司产品的采购与售后的协调与跟进；

3、处理日常商务工作岗位职责；

4、负责项目商务策划和实施，建立和完善产品选型、新产品的技术推广、技术情报管理制度；

5、商务信息的收集、整理、分类，对项目信息时时跟踪；

6、整理、编制商务文件模板，改进和规范工作流程,收集并对往来商务信函、传真、邮件存档备查；

7、协助项目经理和销售经理做好商务标书；

8、负责商务合同的履行，及时协调和协助解决出现的商务问题；

9、搜集整理国内外产品发展信息，及时把握产品发展趋势。

任职资格

1、大专以上学历，英语，外贸，国际经济与贸易，商务专业优先；

2、1年以上外贸或商务工作经验，熟悉商务工作流程，熟悉招投标管理；

3、英语6级以上，熟练使用；

4、具备分析、解决问题的能力，工作认真仔细严谨。
