职位描述：

Responsibilities:

1. HR system

a. Standardize internal working procedure in Workday system.

b. Set up and manage employee information in Workday system.

c. Manage leave applications in Workday system.

d. Maintain Workday system and be the window to summarize all issues happen during the system using. Support to feedback and solve the problems.

2. C&B

a. Complete monthly payroll calculation, including data check and maintenance. Make payroll report and balance the payroll payment with related finance accounts.

b. Cooperate with the outsourcing company to make sure monthly social welfare fee is paid accurately and on time.

c. Annual salary reviews and adjustment.

d. Ensure all benefits are provided in according to China Laws, labor contract and Travelex Policy.

3. Employee relationships

a. Handle employee onboard & exit.

b. Renew employee’s contract in time.

c. Organize employees’ activities.

d. Update the special working hour’s application in different region.

4. Recruiting

a. Broaden recruiting channel to get frontline canddidates.

b. Interview and provide qualified candidates to RSM.

c. Make a good talent pool for backup.

5. Make monthly reports.

6. Perform other related work if needed.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. At least 2 years’ working experience in HR payroll function. Familiar with HR system such as Workday is a plus.

3. Excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese, good work sense to provide good service to high level Employees.

4. Quick learning, coordination and statistics analysis skills, attentive and sense of responsibility.

5. Good team spirit.

6. Strong sense of confidentiality and high integrity.

7. Be able to work under pressure.
