Job Summary
? Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of complex loan administration transactions in accordance with established policies, processes and procedures.
? Interacts with Relationship Administrators to ensure efficient, high quality loan processing.
? May coach less experienced Reps. Duties include creating customer accounts, payment administration, loan system reconciliation, and quality review.
? Must be detail oriented and be able to read and understand loan documents.
? Must build and maintain a strong relationship with Relationship Administrators.
Responsibilities
? Handle loan-related transaction processing, draft discounting/acceptance and associated internal/external enquires.
? Prepare related external regulatory and internal business reporting.
? Provide supportive/administrative work to the team including but not limited to internal/external system enquiry/registering, doc scanning/checking, mail sorting/distribution and new system/platform testing, etc.
? Act as a back-up for other related job tasks and cross functional support for trade finance business.
