Main Responsibilities
Working Relationships
?Work semi-independent on ground research work and provide sufficient and effective assistance Managers on research projects
?Design partial questionnaire/guide based on similar past projects or instruction from manager
?Pick out data from tabulations/content analysis to prepare simple PPT presentation in a skillful and smart way
?Provide more advanced analysis (complex content analysis, simple factor and cluster analysis, etc.)
?Do and interpret statistical tests
?Do simple quotations
?Coordinate well with FLD/DP/QC on research projects
?Keep informed well about project status and take ownership for the project
?Prepare clear and precise FLD briefing documents
?Do good supervisor and interviewer briefings
?Evaluate FLD costs
?Be pleasant and cheerful to colleagues and clients, and respond requests and tasks quickly
?Keep files and papers well organized
?Follow billings and collections for projects
?Communicate with internal colleagues and external clients on projects well in English and Mandarin
?Take interest in new learning and be able to apply into daily work
?Take initiative to do more than asked

Job Requirements
?Bachelor Degree or Master Degree from top university
?0-2 years experience in market research, marketing, brand management, analysis function
?Excellent English and Mandarin skills both in written and oral
?Good command of MS-Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
?Strong communication and interpersonal skills
?Have basic knowledge of marketing and market research
?Possess ability in logical thinking, analysis, and quick learning
?Client oriented and good service attitude
?Easy-going, out-going, passionate, detail-oriented and positive attitude
?A team player and be willing to work hard under high pressure and challenges in mature and professional manners 举报 分享
