This well-recognised software company is seeking a China Finance Director to lead the Financial & Business Planning, Operations & Controllership of the business as a key member of the executive team in China. Reporting directly to the SVP in US HQ, you will be both an extension of the accounting and finance team in China while also acting as a true business partner to develop opportunities for business growth and process improvement in collaboration with the other members of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

? responsible for 7 person finance team covering Accounting, FP&A and Administration
? help analyse and develop strategic and financial analyses in support of the annual planning, budgeting, and reporting process, while working closely with developers, business partners and the finance team within each business group
? develop and communicate financial and strategic insights for driving profitable expansion of the business
? strategic market evaluation and deep dive analyses on key strategic issues and special projects
? analyse opportunities for Activision in new Asian gaming segments from quantitative and qualitative view-points.
? execute commercial deals and other transactions with partners; working with internal constituents such as Legal, Finance, Studios, and Business Units.

Key Requirements:

? 8-10 years senior finance experience within an MNC environment
? passion for and experience in computing and software
? strong communicator and relationship manager, able to communicate with both HQ level executives and internal customers
? strategic and forward thinking with strong business-sense
? excellent influencing and presentation skills
? self starter, lively character, fun and can-do attitude is a must for this organization
