C&B Structure Follow Up
? Design & review C&B structure
? Plan, design and implement of C&B programs
? Prepare salary proposals
? Collect & catch-up marketing trade and participate in annual salary survey
? Design & review store incentive & propose another incentives
? Collecting the employees' suggestion for C&B policy by communication with them.
? Participate in annual incentive scheme and bonus scheme review
? Plan & process benefit programs
Budget & cost control
? Planning & implement of the personnel cost budget
? Control, monitor & track the final accounts of annual personnel cost
Data Analysis
? Reporting and analysis of HR key information.
? Build up a data and report system with formal template.
? Submit all detail or summary HR data as requirement
C&B Operation
? Conduct monthly payroll
? Process annual C&B events : merit increase, annual bonus
? Conduct regular benefit item processing
? Process Performance management for Top 100 & non top 100
EHR System (HRIS & SAP)
? Responsible for development of HRIS Ufida & the execution of SAP
People development
? Train & develop team members
The employee shall perform the other responsibilities and duties assigned by the company and his/her line manager.
