Job Descriptions职位描述：
1、开发精洗、喷漆培训课程及课件，并担任教学和实训工作
Develop deep cleaning, spot repair training plans and be responsible for training and on-site guidance.
2、负责追踪教学成果、评估和总结
Responsible for tracking the process of training and making tests and summary.
3、能熟练掌握精洗、漆面快修流程和各种工具，包括喷漆和调色；
Be familiar with deep cleaning, spot repair procedure including tools and coating and mixing right color.
4、监管完工车辆的清洁和喷漆质量是否符合公司标准。
Inspect finished cars carefully to guarantee deep cleaning quality and coating quality to meet company’s standard.
5、指导员工根据工作流程正确操作产品，确保无返工。
Instructing staff to use the right products according to the right working procedures and reject defectives.
6、检验并确保洗车和快修所用耗材的质量，对供应商的新产品进行质量把关。
Check new materials and suppliers to guarantee the quality of products used for deep cleaning and spot repair.
7、对门店的服务质量进行暗访。
Act as mystery guest to conduct a service test in different body shop.
8、定期向上级汇报质量监督结果（包括暗访的报告，后续改正的报告）。
Report to top management regularly on the performance of the QMS (e.g. results of quality audits, corrective actions)
9、了解客户的需求，建立和完善有效的服务质量控制过程。
Understanding customers’ needs and requirements to develop effective quality control process.
10、协助设立、严格执行公司的服务和产品质量标准，战略目标，政策和程序，以提高门店内部的工作效率和成果。
Contribute to the creation and implementation of the Quality Management System, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
11、确保公司的质量管理系统符合客户的需求、公司的内部管理要求，以及与相关的法律要求相适应。
Ensure that organization’s Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, regulatory/legal requirements.
12、监督技术人员和其他工作人员的工作，并提供技术指导和及时的反馈。
Supervise technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback.
13、给管理层提供详细的工作报告。
Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives.
14、寻找改进工作、提供效率的机会和方法。
Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures.


Qualifications任职要求：
1、至少5-10年汽车喷漆或技术培训的工作经验
- At least 5-10 years' working experience of painting or painting training.
2、具有中高级以上职业资格证书（汽车维修漆工/汽车维修工），有培训资格证书优先。
-Relevant coating Intermediate Certificate and senior Certificate is necessary. Trainer Certificate is preferred.
3、在二手车行业有质量监督的经验。
-Experience of working in Quality Assurance in automotive aftermarket.
4、具有关注细节一丝不苟的精神，以结果为导向，深刻理解质监的程序和品牌服务的重要性。
A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach, deep understanding of quality control procedures and it’s importance for our brand.
5、善于和客户以及供应商交流，解决问题。
-Experience of dealing with customers and suppliers, competent in problem solving.
6、具有组织才能和领导力。
-Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
7、持C1或以上驾驶执照
-Having C1 driving license is necessary.
8、办公软件使用熟练（PPT，EXCEL等）
-Skilled in MS Office software especially in PPT and EXCEL.
9、会英语者优先
-English is a plus.
