ICT Engineer
Key Objectives:

? Providing high standard service for the students and staffs
? Improve IT service quality for the school
? Efficient communication skill and creative thinking to reach the goal

Duties and Responsibilities:
? Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentoring
? Maintain high standards of security and establish good practices and habits
? Extensive knowledge of Cisco technologies
? Ability to gather complex network requirements to be used in creating highly resilient and scalable network designs
? Proven experience with capacity planning and performance tuning of enterprise and production systems/network infrastructures
? Experience in aligning systems/network infrastructure goals to organization needs
? Ability to conduct in-depth research into issues and technologies as required and recommend preferred hardware and/or solutions
? Engage with vendors to identify and procure hardware as well as provision WAN circuits
? Assist service desk on supporting computer, printer, projector and interactive board.
Qualifications:
? 3+ years of experience as a Network & Voice Engineer
? Good interpersonal skills & Good spoken and written English skills
? Excellent skills in VOIP and network management
? Knowledgeable with WAN technologies and architectures
? CCNP or equivalent certification and experience
? Mastery of TCP/IP, SIP, BGP,VOIP, Cisco router and switches, (IOS Routing Protocols, Ethernet and transport protocols)
? Ability to work independently
? Be a good team player
? Customer service orientation
? Familiar with Windows Server 2003/2008
? Microsoft certifications will be a plus;
? Project experience will be a plus;
? Familiar with Linux OS will be a plus;
