岗位职责：
1.公司提供客户资源，通过电话与客户进行有效的沟通；
2.对公司提供的客户信息进行有效的细致开拓；
3.通过电话沟通向客户推广公司的产品服务；
4.接听客户热线，为客户讲解、推广产品；
5.及时准确做好客户信息记录，并定时电话回访，维持好的沟通关系，为用户提供专业、准确、快捷优质的服务。

任职资格：
1.男女不限，大专以上学历；
2.对电话营销工作有较高的热情；
3.具有较强的学习能力及沟通能力；
4.性格坚韧、思维敏捷、具备良好的应变能力和承压能力；
5.有强烈的事业心、责任心和积极的工作心态；
6.有金融证券基础知识了解证券市场者优先，有能力者，条件可以放宽。
