This position is mainly responsible for clinical communication and support to external and internal customers. The process includes interaction and communication with private-practicing orthodontists and general dentists, and treatment coordinators related to case specific issues, ClinCheck quality and troubleshooting. Focus will be on clinical support as well as troubleshooting clinical issues for customers.
The position will lead the team to provide the clinical support within assigned region.
In addition, other duties will include support with graphics and presentation materials for sales and clinical education materials as well as day to day needs of University and research programs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, in the area of:

? Responsible in evaluating the levels of regional certified doctors in clincheck application, make and conduct training plan, develop the doctors skill in product application.
? lead the team to provide service to the regional doctors, including: support in case evaluation, product Q&A, regional academy training, clincheck review translation.
? work closely with the sales team in making regional certification doctor expansion plan, doctor activity improvement plan and region coverage improvement plan.
? Visit regional KOLs, cooperate with sales and marketing team to make speaker development plan, improve the communication efficiency with critical customers.
? Manage clinical assistants in the region, conduct training to develop their skills, allocate workload reasonablly, and evaluate their performance.
? Lead clinical translation projects.
? Provide clinical customer support to orthodontists and general dentists in the areas of case evaluation, ClinCheck support as well as clinical troubleshooting, mid-course correction and case refinement.
? Assist with review of power point presentations, digital images and scans for marketing and/or sales materials as well as clinical education materials.
? Investigation and Analysis of Clinical-related customer inquiries, complaints and adverse events.
? Accurately and thoroughly document information in the company’s database(s) about each contact they handle following defined parameters.
? Ensure timely resolution to customer contact issue.
? Be alert to trends in requests and issues reported by customers. Research information to answer inquiries from customers and share learning’s with departmental peers and management
Additional job responsibilities:
? Provides technical assistance to customers
? Basic support for JDE and MES programs
? Follows all departmental and company procedures as indicated in quality, administrative, or other systems
? Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.
? Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
? Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
? College graduate (BA/BS) in dentistry, biology or chemistry, orthodontist is preferred.
? Two to three years experience in customer relations in medical / dental related areas
? One to two years team management experience
SKILLS REQUIRED: LANGUAGE SKILLS
? fluent in spoken English (spoken, written, reading)
? Strong interpersonal, listening and persuasive communication skills.
? Dynamic, optimistic, accurate, results oriented, hard-working, creative.
? Ability to work without constant supervision.
? Dependable and attention to detail.
? Willingness to learn.
? Good team player.
? Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools.
? Able to flourish in young international company experiencing significant growth (i.e. roll up sleeves approach and able to deal with ambiguity).
? High school diploma or equivalent experience. Students / Young graduates are welcome to apply
? Willingness to rotate shifts, if needed.
WORK SCHEDULE / HOURS
The normal work hours and days assigned to this position are Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 18:00
