Archibat Asia 现正为一家外资家具公司寻找活动企划经理一名
This company is a contemporary furniture design brand that stands for a renaissance of refined culture and Asian aesthetics. Inspired by the long-standing craft and industry of traditional cultures, it represents a commitment to bridging the gap between old and new, east and west – in attitude, form and application.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):
? Executing and overseeing all production aspects of multiple type of events including:
o New showroom openings
o Design shows from dealers participation
o Different international events and initiatives undertaken by the brand
o Product launches
o Global promotional tour of specific collections or products
? Developing an algorithm and a clear process/system for each type of events cited above
? Ensuring a good workflow through all the steps of an event, including different creative aspects,
resources, timelines, budgets, working with suppliers and partners and ensuring the final product is of optimal quality
? Responsible for ensuring events are undertaken in a consistent manner, adhering to the appropriate standards of the brand to ensure full control of the brand image
? Develop and maintain project documentation (Event Plan, Event schedule and critical path, Event budget, etc)
? Identify and manage milestones throughout event schedule
? Resourceful, multi-tasking and will possess the ability to participate in the strategic planning with the team

Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in related field
? 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
? Bilingual (Mandarin and English)
? French and/or Japanese skills is a plus
? Mastery of the Microsoft suite and Keynote
? Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign is a plus
? Ability to think for themselves with a problem solving attitude
