IT管理/运维主管/IT Network Supervisor
工作职责：
- 负责公司网络系统日常运维及监控管理工作，面向公司所有用户提供网络技术支持，包括故障 的解决、性能的优化、日常维护等；
- 支持公司内外部IT项目，提供技术咨询、技术意见和解决方案、建设、维护及管理公司ERP系统，有效保证公司各部门业务网的正常运营；
- 负责公司网络规划及建设，保障公司办公网及业务网的稳定运行；
- 负责网络设备及服务器设备的管理及配置，负责公司系统信息安全及维护；
- 负责搭建运维监控系统，管理日常监控工作；
- 负责运维故障应急处理，以及运维流程改进。
职位要求：
- 计算机、通讯或相关专业本科以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验；
- 熟悉网络专业知识，能够制定本岗位专业的运行流程和规范；
- 熟练掌握大型数据库的开发和管理知识；
- 具有较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力；
- 具有良好的服务意识和用户导向，有优秀的项目沟通和协调能力；
