职位描述：
- Analysis :
？ Provide support to business stakeholders to develop functional and business process expertise to align with internal and external requirements.
？ Work with internal customers and SSC team members to analyze business process and system impacts
？ Perform analysis and requirements documentation as necessary for including business case development, business requirements, benchmarking etc
？ Work closely with key users, BPM, BPO and TGS support team to create solutions analysis options and review, to ensure systems requirements are interpreted to meet customer needs.

- Process:
？ Coordinate to review and update SSC procedures, workflow and working manuals related to SSC
？ Align with accounting rules and SAP operation, review and involve in SSC process improvement project
？ Participate the specification of change request when optimizing the business process in system

- Coordination:
？ Participate and coordinate SSC integration project and cross-branch SAP harmonization project, review project plans and work , participate in the blueprint design and prepare presentation if necessary
？ Track and follow up on business issues and ensure continuity. Adheres to established system development process and is involved in system integration, UAT to ensure the user acceptance/training/benefits realization is aligned.
- Other related applications:
？ Provide training to business users if any new process or master level change released
？ Other jobs assigned by Business system & support manager.

？ Bachelor degree or above with a minimum of 5 years working experience in multinational company
？ Good knowledge in business process and workflow, solid SAP FICO experience is required. Experience in SAP operation and process definition. Business analysis skill is a plus.
？ Good sense of risk, internal control and integration system.
？ Initiative, independent, good communication, self-learning and problem-solving skills, customer service oriented mindset and stress management.
？ Work across varied set of internal and external partners, develop good understanding
