主要职责：
客户工程师将专注于提供电话技术支持给我们的客户群。这包括接听呼入问题电话，收集和跟踪信息和问题的细节，试图解决这些问题，如果需要升级到后线支持。
技能要求
- Oracle版本9到11：理解架构，关键部件和使用sqlplus来做管理任务
- Oracle RMAN：可以使用RMAN CLI来备份，恢复和复制数据库
- Oracle ASM：理解架构，了解ASM和OS管理的文件之间的差异/好处/限制
- Oracle RAC的集群：了解概念，以及RAC备份和恢复技术/限制和要求的知识
- Oracle DataGuard备用数据库：概念的理解和备份/恢复技术
- OracleExadata：该架构的概念理解
- UNIX/ Linux操作系统和任何（Linux，Solaris和AIX，HP-UX）
- Perl/shell脚本
- 磁盘和快照/复制技术（任何供应商）
- 任何附加的数据库的经验：MSSQL，Sybase，DB2
- 理解架构和基本管理，备份和恢复
- CommVault Simpana或（TSM/的NetBackup/ EMC Networker的）数据保护软件
- 技术文凭有加分，但不是必需的
