职位描述：
岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities:
? draft quality assurance policies and procedures, interpret and implement quality assurance standards
? plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
? identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
? coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
? assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
? primary work location is in Qidong, Zhejiang

任职要求 / Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree or above
? At least 1 year of technical or managerial experience in the NGS platform
? At least 2 year work experience in quality assurance, clinical lab background is preferred.
? knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
? Good command in both spoken & written English and Chinese
? data collection, management and analysis
