Job Description
? Working with business users to gather requirements, writing requirement functional specifications 和业务用户搜集需求， 编写功能文档
? Understanding business purpose and analyzing business scenario in order to straight out business process and data flow corresponding 理解业务目的和分析业务场景， 为了理清业务流程和相应的数据流
? Conducting requirements analysis, meeting with business owners, and performing current state system analysis 进行需求搜集， 与业务用户开会， 执行系统分析。
? Managing business customers’ expectation管理业务用户的期望。
? Managing any change request from business user and maintain the requirement traceability matrix. 管理需求变更，以及维护变更追溯。
? Work with PM and development team to clarify the requirement. 为开发团队澄清需求。
? Managing delivery progress of the requirements, Analyzing and controlling the risk 管理需求的交付进度，并分析和把控交付过程中可能的风险。
? Grasping IT related knowledge 掌握IT项目的相关知识
? Candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with and across functional background 很强的沟通和个人能力，以及跨部门沟通能力。
? Excellent client management skill. 优秀的客户管理能力。
? Pro-active problem solving abilities。 可以主动发现并解决问题。
? Exceptional work ethic, ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines, and demonstrates enthusiasm towards colleagues and teams. 饱满的工作热情，抗压能力， 并且感染团队。
? Ensured consistency of work, punctuality of deliverables and overall adherence to schedule. 确保工作，交付的计划性，能够按时完成。

Mandatory:
? Bachelor’s degree or above
? At least 2 years’ hands-on experiences as a business analyst.
? Professional team player with excellent communication skill.
? Capability on drafting the requirement document.
? Familiarly with software development life cycle.
? Good English and communication skills.
Additional:
? Experience working in Life Science is a plus.
