职位描述：
Key tasks:
? Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, competency assessment, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers
? Prepare annual training and development plan and manage the training budget
? Design and conduct trainings and workshops - Sales training, Soft skills training e.g. communication, time management, conflict management, employee survey follow up workshop, etc.
? Develop evaluation measure on the employee’s skills level evolution pre- and post- training. Monitor, evaluate, and report periodically on training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI
? Source external open courses, arrange in-house trainings, resolve any specific problems and tailor programs as necessary
? Develop and implement post course consulting and coaching solutions to maximize learning transfer to the business practice
? Roll out global trainings from HQ e.g. Puratos University programs, Athena etc. by deploying various training methods
? Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
? Perform other job duties and responsibilities assigned by line manager from time to time
Requirements:
- University graduate with at least 10 years of solid experience in China market preferably from FMCG
- Proven work experience as a training manager. Experience in designing and delivering trainings and workshops
- Passionate for learning and people development, enjoys creating new solutions to meet changing demands with a continued drive to raise the bar
- Good influencing skills, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-initiator, result-oriented, ability to build concept with execution excellence
- Good command of Chinese and English. Able to deliver courses in Mandarin & English 举报 分享
