About the role:
The purpose of this position is to support operational audit team for China leaderships in meeting its defined business objectives. Audit coverage includes all operations in China, including manufacturing facility and branch/sales offices handling product sales, installation and service businesses.

Job Responsibilities:

? Support operational audit team for China leaderships in meeting its defined business objectives. Audit coverage includes all operations in China, including manufacturing facility and branch/sales offices handling product sales, installation and service businesses.
? Develop or continuously improve risk-based audit approach and work program for and assess the company’s processes for identifying and managing control and compliance risks, as well as identifying process improvement opportunities on operational efficiencies.
? Develop overall capabilities of talents via audit program and help enhance overall control understanding across the businesses.
? Contribute to quality project of (ACE - Achieving Competitiveness by Excellence).


Key Requirements:

? Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related business discipline(s). CPA and MBA a strong plus but not required.
? Demonstrate strong passion and leadership competencies with ability to work effectively across all levels and functions within the business and management co-source relationships with Internal Audit, Compliance and 3rd party audit firms when applicable.
? 5 to 7 yrs Big 4 or regional public accounting firms and over 3 years of commercial or internal control experience with exposure to a manufacturing and/or construction environment.
? Corporate working experience is a strong plus.
? Strong risk and process enhancement mindset, extensive experience in project management, strong analytical skills and result driven, great mentoring spirit.
? Good verbal and written English and Chinese and presentation skills.
? Good to some travels.
