职位描述：
Position Summary:
To manage the operation of Fisher Clinical Services China in accordance to set standards, and to lead a team of warehouse, logistics and facility to achieve the company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1) To supervise, check and ensure that the staffs are working in accordance with quality standard and Standard Operation Procedure.
2) To ensure that the facility and the operation is well maintained in accordance with the quality standards
3) To achieve operation excellence by continuously improving on operation quality, efficiency and cost reduction.
4) To ensure that all personnel are adequately trained and carry out people development to meet the challenges brought over by rapid business growth.
5) To ensure sufficient capacity and resources to support daily activities as well as company growth.
6) To closely work with project team and drug supply team to ensure high customer satisfaction by providing excellent operation
7) To work with the Finance department in responsibility for operation costs and reporting.
8) To support QA department on the preparation and smooth conduct of internal and external audits.
9) To work closely with global IT department to ensure systems are in compliance.
10) To support BD and sales activities by actively involvement in the business introduction and providing viable business/operation solutions
11) To work with counterparts in the global environment to ensure the global requirements are implemented accordingly and sufficient communication are carried out.
12) To oversee day to day operation and labeling and secondary repackaging team to ensure all processes are compliant to quality and SOP standard.
13) To ensure facility and equipments in the depot are well maintained.


Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor degree or above in management/supply chain/engineering or other relevant disciplines.
Years of Experience: >7 years relevant work experiences gained in logistics operation including warehousing, transportation, inventory control, purchasing, services and project management. Experience in facility management and import/export will be an advantage. Minimum 5 years experience in taking a management/supervisory role and feel comfortable working in a global environment. Oversea experience could be an advantage Experience/knowledge in pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage.
