职位描述：
Responsibilities：

Recruiting 招聘工作
1) 了解企业资源规划和招聘要求；
     Understand business resource plan and recruiting requirement
2) 与业务经理合作，按时且高质量地完成招聘工作；
     Be accountable to fulfill responsible business unit's hiring with quality by required time line
3) 管理公司招聘渠道和合作商；
     Define target recruitment group and appropriate sourcing channels
4) 完成招聘流程，包括发布，挑选和面试等；
     Post job opportunities, screen CVs and conduct interview
5) 指导各部门完成招聘；
     Advise management team on recruitment guideline, offering proposal
6) 完成招聘各项数据统计，完成相关报告；
     Track and report hiring statistics
7) 监控和改善招聘过程；
     Monitor and improve recruitment process
8) 完成领导交办的其它工作。
     Carry out other work assigned by leader.

Training 培训工作
1) 根据公司发展战略，起草公司培训规划；
     Draft corporate training plan in accordance with company’s overall development strategy.
2) 开展内部培训需求调研，开发培训课程；
     Conduct internal training demand survey, and develop training courses.
3) 负责培训活动的策划、组织、实施及培训效果的跟踪与评估；
     Be responsible for planning, organizing, implementing of training event, and tracking & assessing training performance.
4) 完成领导交办的其它工作。
     Carry out other work assigned by leader.

Requirements：

1) 大学本科及以上学历，人力资源或管理类相关专业；
     B.S. (or above) in Human Resources Management or related management professional.
2) 3年以上培训和招聘相关工作经历，大型企业或跨国公司或合资企业工作经历者优先；
     3 years (or above) of working experience in training and recruiting, experience in large corporations or working experience in multinationals or joint venture is preferred.
3) 中英文表达能力好；
     Skilled in both Chinese and English expression .
4) 有较强的沟通、协作能力，能承受较大的工作压力；
     Strong ability in communication and collaboration, and can endure heavy working pressure.
